Specialized in design, development, and construction, Kevin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a dual degree in Architecture and Urban Design.
With a strong background in design and urban planning, he approaches each project with a comprehensive vision, understanding how every space fits into a broader context. His work is defined by a balance between creativity and functionality, always with a practical and detail-oriented approach.
He founded KEAN Design Build with the goal of bridging the gap between design, construction, and real estate development—creating a company that builds with purpose and vision. His mission is to integrate innovation, sustainability, and conscious design into every project.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction and architecture sector, he has built a career defined by innovation and a strong commitment to quality. His design-oriented perspective, supported by his background in architecture, allows him to bring a broad and integrated vision to every project.
As co-founder of Kean Design Build, Andrés focuses on delivering high-quality architectural and construction solutions, with a clear emphasis on efficiency, professional ethics, and human-centered service.
